Dr. Luna is the best! He takes time to review your chart before he sees you and then explains the results or any concerns you may have. He asks you if you have any further questions. The office staff is very polite and helpful. I appreciate having a primary who is so caring and knowledgeable. 👍

I feel very fortunate to be a patient at HealthStone Primary Care, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this office. From the doctors to the managers and staff, everyone here genuinely cares about their patients. The office is organized, professional, and always welcoming. Recently I had a complicated issue with my insurance referral system. Because of an error in the insurance website that listed the doctor’s address incorrectly, my referrals kept getting rejected and I couldn’t see the specialist I needed. This is where Veronia, who handles referrals, truly went above and beyond to help me. For two days she worked tirelessly on my case — calling offices, contacting my insurance company, and even putting them on conference calls with my doctor to try to fix the issue. She was incredibly patient, kind, and determined to help me. Because I’m currently dealing with shoulder pain, Veronia even went the extra mile and helped find another doctor for me so I wouldn’t be left without care. I also want to thank Vanessa, the manager, who was extremely sweet and supportive, and Karina at the front desk, who first tried very hard to solve the issue before escalating it so the

The doctors and nurses are very nice and knowledgeable. The visit was quick and easy. We’ve been coming to this practice for at least 5 years now. The experience is consistent.

We have been patients if Dr Yul Lopez for over 7 year she us always knowledgeable,kind and efficient. The Taft clinic is also on point and courteous. In these times where the warm if human touch and customer care is so hard to find, we recommend them all. They are amazing!
